  • Assisting with idea sharing amongst chapters through RCC calls, National newsletter and Facebook
  • Assisting chapters and COSs with understanding each entity’s role under the FBI’s MOU.
  • Creating and administering a chapter awards program so chapter accomplishments can be recognized by their field offices, chapter alumni and their community
  • Providing educational opportunities through the CHATS program
  • Creating a database of speakers bureau information as a resource to chapters
  • Creating best practice surveys for nationwide distribution, information gathering and distribution to chapters
  • Exploring and developing new national partnerships and initiates for nationwide community outreach programs
  • Researching and creating cost savings with vendors for  website, D&O insurance, documentation retention programs, business cards and merchandise such as challenge coins, lapel pins, shirts and name badges
